About the event:
Enjoy the daily morning exercise of the beautiful Lipizzaner stallions and their riders, set into the breathtaking baroque Winter Riding School. Watch their exercises that focus on perfecting certain movements and routines, carefully following the natural flow of classical Viennese music.
You will be able to see the connection between the riders and the stallions that have been entrusted into their care. If you are lucky enough, you might even catch a glimpse of the classical School jumps, which are normally only shown during performances.
After the morning exercise, you may expand your experience with a guided tour of St. Michael's Wing of the Viennese Hofburg Palace - home to the Spanish Riding School. During the exclusive look behind the scenes, you will be able to see some of the magnificent locations that contribute to the poetic charm of the establishment.
Admire the baroque Winter Riding School, or relax strolling through the Summer Riding School, a calm courtyard of the Imperial Palace. Go see the iconic stables of Lipizzaner stallions, located in Stallburg, Vienna's most remarkable Renaissance building.
