Schoenbrunn Palace Palace Orchestra or Ensemble awaits you at the Palace Orangery where Mozart himself performed in 1786. The concert is a fine selection of masterful music by Mozart and Strauss, rounded off by dance and vocal performances. Since the establishment of the Schoenbrunn Palace Concerts, the daily performances of the Schoenbrunn Palace Festival Orchestra play an essential role in Vienna's cultural and musical life. At the Orangery Schoenbrunn, a place rich in tradition, the Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra and the Schoenbrunn Palace Ensemble perform the most beautiful tunes of the classic composers Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss.

Category VIP offers the best seats in first 2-3 rows and a glass of sparkling wine will be served in the interval. Categories correspond to the seating position (VIP: first 2-3 rows, A: front section, B: middle section, C: rear section). Seats within the categories are not numbered.
The large orchestra, together with ballet dancers and singers, performs from April 1st until October 31st, as well as from December 25th until January 2nd. The smaller ensemble (octet) together with ballet dancers and singers, performs from January 3rd until March 31st, and from November 1st until December 23th.
On selected days concerts may take place in the Great Gallery (no ballet performance).
